1. Our Services

Bakers Tax provides individual and business tax preparation, tax planning, tax representation, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and business formation services. Specific engagements are governed by the service agreement you sign with us. If these terms conflict with a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls.

2. Website Use

Content on this website is provided for general information only and is not tax, legal, or financial advice for your specific situation. No client relationship is formed by using this website. A client relationship begins only when you sign an engagement agreement with us.

3. SMS Messaging Program

By providing your mobile phone number to Bakers Tax (for example, through our intake process, our client portal, booking a consultation, or by texting us), you consent to receive SMS text messages from Bakers Tax related to your engagement, including appointment reminders, document requests, account notifications, and customer care messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS opt-in data and consent, including phone numbers collected for text messaging purposes, will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Bakers Tax and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

This website is provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bakers Tax is not liable for damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits obligations under a signed engagement agreement or liability that cannot be limited by law.
